١. المقدّمة

1. Introduction

مرحباً بك في مناسبتي ("نحن"، "لنا"، "المنصّة"). هذه الشروط تحكم استخدامك لمنصّة مناسبتي وتطبيقاتها على iOS و Android والموقع mnsbti.com. باستخدامك للمنصّة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.

Welcome to mnsbti ("we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms govern your use of the mnsbti platform, including its iOS and Android applications and the website mnsbti.com. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• «المنظّم»: المستخدم الذي ينشئ مناسبة على المنصّة.
• "Organizer": the user who creates an event on the platform.
• «الضيف»: الشخص الذي يستلم دعوة من خلال المنصّة.
• "Guest": a person who receives an invitation through the platform.
• «المناسبة»: الحدث الذي يُنظّم باستخدام المنصّة.
• "Event": the occasion organized through the platform.
• «المحتوى»: البطاقات والصور والقوائم والرسائل التي يرفعها المنظّم.
• "Content": cards, images, lists, and messages uploaded by the Organizer.

٣. الحساب

3. Account

لإنشاء مناسبة، يلزم تسجيل حساب باستخدام رقم جوال صالح. أنت مسؤول عن المحافظة على سرّية بيانات حسابك، وعن جميع النشاطات التي تتم من خلاله. يجب أن تكون قد بلغت الثامنة عشرة من العمر، أو لديك إذن من ولي الأمر.

To create an event you must register an account with a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's permission.

4. Acceptable Use

توافق على عدم استخدام المنصّة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو مخالف للذوق العام في المملكة العربية السعودية. على وجه التحديد:

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or for purposes contrary to public decency in Saudi Arabia. Specifically:

• لا ترفع محتوى مسيئاً أو مخالفاً للأنظمة.
• Do not upload offensive content or content that violates applicable laws.
• لا ترسل دعوات إلى أرقام لا تملك صلاحية للتواصل معها.
• Do not send invitations to numbers you have no authorization to contact.
• لا تستخدم المنصّة لأغراض تجارية ترويجية (مثل التسويق) دون اتفاق مسبق معنا.
• Do not use the platform for commercial promotional purposes (e.g. marketing) without a prior agreement with us.
• لا تحاول اختراق المنصّة أو التحايل على آلية رمز QR.
• Do not attempt to compromise the platform or circumvent the QR mechanism.

٥. الإرسال عبر واتساب

5. WhatsApp Delivery

يتم الإرسال من خلال واجهة WhatsApp Business الرسمية. واتساب هي علامة تجارية تابعة لشركة Meta Platforms, Inc.، ونحن لسنا تابعين لها. باستخدامك للمنصّة، توافق على شروط استخدام واتساب أيضاً، خاصةً ما يتعلّق بالرسائل غير المرغوب فيها.

Delivery happens through the official WhatsApp Business API. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. — we are not affiliated with them. By using mnsbti you also agree to WhatsApp's terms of use, particularly those concerning unsolicited messages.

٦. الدفع والاسترداد

6. Payment & Refunds

جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي وشاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة (١٥٪). يتم الدفع لمرّة واحدة عن كل مناسبة.

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and inclusive of 15% VAT. Payment is one-time per event.

سياسة الاسترداد:

Refund policy:

• استرداد كامل قبل إرسال أوّل دعوة.
• Full refund before the first invitation is sent.
• استرداد ٥٠٪ إذا أُرسل أقل من ٢٥٪ من الدعوات.
• 50% refund if fewer than 25% of invitations have been sent.
• لا استرداد بعد إرسال ٥٠٪ من الدعوات.
• No refund after 50% of invitations have been sent.

٧. الملكية الفكرية

7. Intellectual Property

جميع حقوق العلامة التجارية «مناسبتي» / mnsbti، والشعار، والتصميم، تعود لنا. أمّا المحتوى الذي ترفعه أنت (البطاقات، الصور، القوائم) فهو ملكك. أنت تمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً باستخدامه لتقديم الخدمة فقط.

All rights to the "mnsbti" / مناسبتي trademark, logo, and design belong to us. Content you upload (cards, images, lists) remains your property; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.

٨. حدود المسؤولية

8. Limitation of Liability

نسعى لتقديم خدمة موثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّها التام من الأعطال أو من تأخّر إرسال نادر يعود إلى منصّات الطرف الثالث (مثل واتساب). مسؤوليتنا القصوى في كل الأحوال لا تتجاوز قيمة ما دفعته للمناسبة المعنيّة.

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee it will be entirely free of outages or rare delivery delays caused by third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp). Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant event.

٩. الإنهاء

9. Termination

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات الحساب. يمكننا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط، مع إشعارك إن كان ذلك ممكناً.

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where feasible.

١٠. القانون الحاكم

10. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُعتمد محاكم مدينة المدينة المنوّرة جهة الاختصاص في حال أي نزاع.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Madinah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
